Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at hejia@hejias.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
- Shipping the Item: Please package the item(s) securely and include all original packaging and accessories. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Defective Items:
